Legacy of Peace is a celebration of 30 years of peace building in the community. We invite you to take part in this momentous event as it is an opportunity for the past, present, and future faces of the Dispute Resolution Center to unite.
Over the past three decades, the DRC has been a beacon of hope, a hub for conflict resolution, and a catalyst for positive change in Yakima and Kittitas counties. We aspire to make this landmark year the best yet, with renewed vigor and a commitment to expanding our reach and deepening our impact, while honoring and celebrating the founding people and principles of our organization.
As we reflect on the challenges we’ve overcome and the lives we’ve touched, we recognize that none of it would have been possible without the incredible support from individuals like you. Together, we will continue to foster a culture of understanding, empathy, collaboration, and peace building in Yakima and Kittitas counties. Join us as our Legacy of Peace continues!

Cheers to 30 Years - Legacy of Peace will honor those who have contributed to the DRC's peacebuilding mission since its founding. Guest speakers will guide us through the different eras of the DRC's history. Additionally, we will celebrate the 2024 recipient of the Pat Cockrill Peace Seeker Award and look forward to the exciting developments on the horizon.

Yes! There will be wine, beer, and accompaniments served during the mingling hour starting at 5:30pm. A buffet dinner will follow.
