Join us for a 1.5 day training where you will cultivate skills to address workplace problems and disputes, including hands-on experience in communication, negotiation, and listening tools that can help in every aspect of your work and home life.
The skills learned in this training will be useful in all settings where people interact with one another, such as between co-workers, with customers, between human resource staff or supervisors and employees, and in personal relationships, as well. Participants will leave with concrete methods of addressing the conflict in their workplaces and in their lives.
