Mediation is an effective way to resolve disputes effectively, confidentially, and out of court. In this professional 40-hour training presented by our highly skilled training team, you will learn and practice the skills required to become a neutral facilitative mediator in any setting.

Conflict is normal and inevitable - whether in the home, school, community, workplace, or place of worship. Leaders in all walks of life have a responsibility to help others work through their conflicts.

With additional training, mediator certification is available through the DRC.

Basic Mediation training dates:

·         Day 1 – September 9: 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.

·         Day 2 - September 10: 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

·         Day 3 - September 11: 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

·         Day 4 - September 23: 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.

·         Day 5 - September 24: 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

·         Day 6 - September 25: 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
