This one-day skills training will prepare participants to communicate effectively at work. Each participant will learn his or her own communication style, including the styles’ strengths and weaknesses. Using practical, hands-on activities, Sarah will prepare you to identify core interests in yourself and your colleagues, customers, and your network. You will walk away with strategies for listening and responding while keeping your cool. Topics include image management, managing your bio-feedback, de-escalation and more.
