CANCELED: Effective Customer Service

This one-day skills training will prepare participants to serve both internal and external customers effectively. Each participant will learn the cost of poor customer service in their own work and will create a customer service strategy using their values and the values of the organization as a guide. Topics include personal image management, crucial listening, observing and responding without judgment, customer advocacy, and more. 

This training is in partnership with the Yakima County Development Association, with a registration fee of $150 per person. Click here to register.
