This one-day skills training will prepare participants to manage conflict at work. Each participant will learn their own conflict style, as well as learn strategies for working with styles that differ from their own. Using practical, hands-on activities, you will leave prepared to effectively manage conflict with your peers, staff, and supervisors. Topics include strategic negotiation, techniques for staying calm under pressure, identifying your access to power, navigating organizational culture, and more.
